Steemit - Too much fuckery behind the scene - AKA get a new CEO

Just having a nice discussion with folks about various coins on telegram.  

As many of you know I ran bizdev and communications at Mastercoin Foundation.  I also now run communications and PR at WINGS Foundation. So I know a thing or two about crypto projects.

Now you would think that at the level that Steem is at that a holder, or anyone with interest would be able to reach the CEO or CTO.  At an early stage back in the 1990s it was even possible to walk up to and speak with guys like Larry J Ellison.

So when I speak to Moe Levin who is making a conference in Miami to get @Ned as a speaker at BTC Miami, and Moe actually is interested in making that happen but @Ned is impossible to reach on skype for example there is a what we call a basic problem going on here.

No quality CEO or any executive for that matter of an early stage firm should be this difficult to contact.

If I cannot contact you, then how can other important users or holders?  How will you know what is going bad and what is going good?  How do you know what to tweak to improve?

How can you get valuable info on what is going on with your product if you hide?

This is not CEO material.

Follow some of these rules:

0. stop with this fuckery.

1.wake the f--k up, and smell the coffee!

2. suit up and show up to work like you have some interest in it succeeding.

3. showing up to work means listening to your customers/user and partners- they can be your biggest advocates.

4. if you can't do 0 - 3 then at least pretend like you are doing it until it happens.

This network has potential but it needs people behind it that take things a bit more seriously and are open and gathering as much information and allies as possible to iterate and improve.
