Latest Statistics of STEEMIT.COM According to Alexa Rankings

I've been digging into the stats of steemit and found the last month's data very interesting. I want to share a few with pictures with you guys. Click this link to see full stats: https://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/steemit.com
most people access the site while they are at home, and how do they know people don't have college degrees?

steemit loads slower than a lot of websites. this is probably because we are on a blockchain but I think this definitely needs improvement if we want more mainstream adoption.
search traffic has gone down a bit in the last month but still a lot higher than a year ago at this time.
Korean users have taken over the 2nd spot. this was not the case just a few months ago when British users had about 6%.
lastly, we have jumped a lot in overall ranking. let's keep posting on social media to driver more traffic!

It's awesome to see the progress Steemit has made. It's only going to continue to grow with more improvements and now with the Binance listing, more and more people are going to be on this platform.

We live in times where thanks to the constant commercial spying Amazon knows you are pregnant before you do.
Ever looked how many snoopers additional to Alexa are on mayor websites? Sometimes more then 100! And the chance is not bad that one of those is a hidden coin miner, running your CPU for you while you read a newspaper article or watch a youtube video.
I know, this is kind of scary. I wonder if they can deduce your education level based on your browsing history?
From just a week of what sites you have visited, you often can say age, gender, income, work, family (and hidden lovers), interests and a lot more.

This is great analysis, i am feeling africa is still left behind, but give us a year from now we will be there, and about load time, i think even so many browsers dont load steemit.com all this need to be fixed, i think @dan stated that work is on goung on it.
Africa is slowly catching up.
The Graph is up trending. Top few spot is not too far away.
