@freehouse, those 2 numbers are your actual Steem Power (SP) on top and the amount of SP that's been Delegated below in parentheses. It's basically the amount of power your upvotes account. I'm not sure just how much that really accounts for, but it's based on the value of STEEM and the average SP amounts in some way.

That's at least a basic way to explain it and someone more knowledgeable than I should be able to outline it in more detail. Many in the PAL Discord would be able to help explain it if you signed up there.
