Hello, I have been on Steemit for about 24 days. Some of these things I have figured out by engaging with the community. Some of the other points you made I hadn't even thought about before. I have to say the urge to flatter someone so that they will upvote your comment is very strong. I've done it myself and felt bead after. Since then I have made the choice to always be real and true on Steemit just as I am in life. Peace.
