Steemit 2018 Power Up Project: Streak is now 5!
I'm keeping the streak going at 5 for 5, having just bought more Steem and powering it up AGAIN. During 2017, a few generous Steemians delegated some Steem power to me, and the last bit of that delegation ended earlier this week, so my interest in regaining Steem power is even higher.
Today I used the internal market to buy Steem with SBD, although I have also used Blocktrades in the past for this same transaction.
After converting from SBD to STEEM, I then power up the Steem into Steem Power through my Steemit wallet.
And voila, more Steem Power with which I can support the Steemit community and other creators and curators! Join me in the 2018 Steemit power up project!

If you're not:
TL;DR: the steemit system is basically like a stock that pays dividends. The 'stock' is the value of your social media, both YOUR value, and value you create in the platform. When you post, giving your value AND the value of the people reading your posts, dividends are payed out.
You know how Facebook's valued at 500 billion, and has more money passing through it? On this platform we get that money.

Now you see that's not true at all. He was definitely more on the give. The problem was he thought that 'bad' was a substitute for 'good' :
