Ingredients
12 servings
100 gr potato flour
150 ml of hot water
1 egg yolks
15 gr milk powder
1/4 teaspoon of fine pepper
1/8 teaspoon soft nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon powdered broth
1 spring onion, finely sliced
Mozzarella cheese for stuffing
Egg white to coat
Bread crumb
Step
Mix all ingredients except green onion, add hot water, stir until well blended and can be formed (pouring water gradually)
Add the scallion and mix well
Take the dough according to the desired size (I @ 35gr), round, pipihkam and fill with mozzarella cheese, re-round
Dip in egg whites and roll on the panir flour. Store for a while in the freezer so that the flour is perfectly attached
Fry with medium heat until browned
