Ingredients
1 kg of crab, cleaned, cut into pieces, crushed claws
2 lbr leaves

14 pieces of red onion

1/2 bottle of chilli sauce
1/2 bottle of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
to taste Fish sauce
Sweet soy sauce (about 2 tbsp)
to taste oyster sauce
1.5 glasses of water
2 tsp salt (more or less)
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons powdered broth
Oil for sauteing

Step
