      Well it looks like I won't be able to accept it till my wallet does a full sync over the next few day

        You should seriously consider to stop it, uninstall it and install a light wallet. Only in the case you have really special needs, is a full wallet necessary. Do remember to remove any database files (and of course only delete stuff if you haven't got any bytes in your wallet) before reinstalling.         i am using android mobile wallet, but it keeps syncing and some send me bytes 10 hr back still nothing showing in history .
