Yes @cryptos I do agree with you that we need good writers and for sure this site will have more. I see things in a positive way because there are so many good writers here on Steemit and it is true that some of them don't earn so much...but this thing will not stop them.
For example me ...my first post here on Steemit was https://steemit.com/fraud/@cynetyc/hashocean-scam-destroyed-me (the post is not active anymore I put it just to show evidence) I earn well about 16 cents for that post and to be onest I was happy.
From that moment I started to put more post, pictures, some small jokes and tutorials that I made on my youtube channel.
Steemit is a big place ...a place that is growing all the time and of course bad people will come to exploit so things and it is true that when you see a post with nothing ...really important making bank as an individual you start to feel bad.
But I am thinking this way:
maybe that person or bot ot other made bank today...but on the long run he will not have success so the best way is post. upvote, curate and from time to time invest in steem power, and in my opinion doing this all the time on the long run you will have success and on a sidenote followers witch see, comment and upvote your post, a thing that when a made my account here on Steemit I never thought on !
