Why Are Some of My Post Titles Grayed Out?

Updated - I have posted links below that are legitimate links, not spam, and not a violation of any rules. I am an established Indie writer. So if you are desperately envious of my hard work over the past ten years of writing books, or think it is fun to downvote people for doing absolutely nothing wrong, well, you are a bit of a jackass. So I'm wondering what the deal is with some post titles appearing in bold and others are kind of grayed out. What does that mean? Am I doing something wrong? Or right?

Should I fix it? Or is it even something I can fix?

Your thoughts would be appreciated.
