What causes panic attack and how can you prevent them?

At it's core, Panic attack is the overreaction to it's body normal physiological response to the perception of danger.
During panic attack, there is racing heart, heavy breathing it uses at least 10 minute. Panic disorder can be part of anxiety disorder like social anxiety disorder.
TREATMENT OF PANIC ATTACK
There are only two ways you can treat a panic attack. They are:
Antidepressant medication and CBT
ANTIDEPRESSANT MEDICATION
