We currently have only a weak growth in new accounts. Exactly four weeks ago we had a weaker growth for the duration of one week. Now this phenomenon is repeated. What could be the reason for this weaker growth?

Aktuell haben wir nur einen schwachen Zuwachs an neuen Accounts. Vor genau vier Wochen hatten wir auch schon einmal ein schwächeres Wachstum für die Dauer von einer Woche. Nun wiederholt sich dieses Phänomen. Was könnte der Grund für dieses schwächere Wachstum sein?

It's hard to draw any conclusion. It could be anything. And those two flat spots need not be correlated.
Sometimes markets or adoption just "take a breath". I think its pretty natural.
Now declining users would be a red flag.
I go with my gut on this. I'm not a social media person. I shunned FB and Instagram.
I LOVE STEEM. I think once a user adopts steem they're around until some big event takes them away. I don't see it turning back for a while.

Personally I know I've gotten a few people to sign up the past week.
Hit that one on the head - mass adoption means severe vote dilution - more so at the lower levels.

Ich denke mal neue User werden vor allem durch Marketing-Kampagnen auf Steemit aufmerksam und in diesen Phasen war wohl jeweils weniger Werbung dafür involviert?
Interessanterweise ist der Zeitraum auch meist die zweite Woche im Monat, aber da müsste man mehr Datenvergleiche sehe, um etwas folgern zu können.

Das könnte natürlich auch ein Grund sein. Aber bisher ist mir noch keine Marketing-Kampange aufgefallen.
Ich sage nur Jerry Benfield... der Mann ist eine einzige Marketing Armee und schaltet gezielt für tausende von Euro in Nordamerika Werbungen :)
Danke für den Hinweis, kannte ich bisher noch nicht. Aber das erklärt, warum steemit in den USA so viel populärer ist, als in dem Rest der Welt.
Ja Marketing in so einem innovativen Bereich ist leider noch furchtbar wichtig und wird glaube ich unterschätzt, wenn man wie wir schon so weit im Kaninchenbau abgetaucht ist und in seiner ganz eigenen Krypto-Blase lebt :D
