Maybe some are starting to realize that now may not be the best time to power down and cash out. It’s definitely promising to see this number decreasing.

I’ve never powered down before because I’m pretty new here. From what I understand in the past people either have to power down 100% or don’t do it at all. I’ve also read somewhere that this has changed recently or will change in the near future.
