This is an awesome TED Talk.

Impossible to not see the parallel with Steemit, the all powerfull whales getting bigger and the minnows trying to help each other.

It is hard to ignore the rigged game, the american dream, where some start with an huge advantage and feel entitled while the other 99%, the dust, the minnows try as hard as they can to win the lottery and climb the ladder.

Not posting this to complain or rant. I'm sharing it because It is a fascinating study in inequality, merit and money. Our society is what it is and we have to understand the game to make the best of it.

Must watch. It is worth your time.
