If you do it before 15 minute then curation reward is 0. 16 to 29 minute 50% curation. 30 on 100% but there can be a few other weird rules like the amount of folks that already voted...
@kryptik did a nice question piece but I think this way is the best option. Just wish there was more about it in the signup email. Sorry for clippy -- on phone half asleep.

Kind of, but if you pay attention, you learn that if are not one of the first 50 to 100 votes, then that later incentive goes away...
