My Experience : Muay thai 💪🏼
Muay thai or kickboxing is ia combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on shins is known as "the art of eight limbs" because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins, being associated with a good physical preparation that makes a full-contact fighter very efficient.

WHY DECIDED TO JOIN MUAY THAI?
- My reason is very easy 😊 I join muay thai because of Self defense. It can make you release more sweat and stress You can make your problems,Boss, Ex- Boyfriend/Girlfriend a motivation while you train (like you know )Also it can make your fat burn more It is an advantage esp. to us, girls to protect or defend ourselves from bad guys 💪🏼
Now a days its not easy for us girls to go out without any companion mostly at night. We don't even know what others think 🤔, Lets just say others have evil plan to steal something from you in the road or planning to tripped you out there. From a little knowlegde of this sports , you may kill them with your bear hards, well its not necessary to kill them but to end them with handcuffs and send them to jail Haha 😂
IS IT HARD TO TRAIN MUAY THAI?
- At first Place Yes but when you train long enough, you can endure the tired and great pain and It's all worth it. From muay thai you can meet a lot new friends with the same interests in sports. You can feel comfortable in the environment when you get to know the people you accompanied in training.
When I first join muay thai, Im so scared and even my knees shacking because of the side comment like "muay thai can kill you","muay thai is a tiring and a painful sports","nuay thai is blablabla" 😂. I set aside all those bad comment about muay thai and conquer it with passion and determination. But when you really know what muay thai means, you will enjoy it and love it not just a self defense but also the comforts and smiley faces people gives 😊 And again IT'S ALL WORTH IT
So? This is my experience, I HOPE YOU LIKE IT 👍🏻
