i agree that steemit is probably not compliant with all the german/euro laws, but who could they sue?
There is no central party so the only option is to sue the users. That could be possible but I find it highly unlikely. And even the user is in no power to change the working of the platform so the only option left seems to be to ban steemit for german citizens.
