I evolved out of my cocoon and have been verified

What is this verification thing?!
That was my question when I joined STEEMIT and struggled to really figure it out. So ignored it...and what happened...well it made me smile and hopefully will help other new joiners like myself as well.

If you read my post https://steemit.com/introduceyourself/@charlchristo/evolution you might understand my smile. I thought my introduction to myself would be enough. BUT my evolution has started. I needed to share some form of #verification as well.
I have learned that this is a community, that even though communicating with that media face we all have, what and who is behind its does seem to matter...
