Do Not Leave a File Unresolved!!#Never Go to Bed Angry!!

in #steemit7 years ago (edited)

It is very common to see couples fight sometimes. It is okay to get mad, and it is okay to fight for our own rights. Two people living together always have some sorts of disagreement because we are born not to be the same. It is like saying(Cambodian slang), we stack the plates close to each other in the basket and we can hear the noise of the plates hitting each other, so two people staying together will end up fighting sometimes because no one is perfect. Even though this is the case, DO NOT LEAVE A FILE UNRESOLVED!

This is What's Inside Your Brain

When you are mad, your mood is easily killed by other thing else that people around you say. That is your weakness and can be ruined anytime. Try not to let them all go out at the same time, leave yourself alone. Your brain is moving like a group of me and you can barely see one point you are trying to focus because you lose your conscious. You lose the ability to control yourself, and sometimes can't find the reasonable sentences to fight back other than shouting at random words or bringing up unnecessary stories that are out of the track. This is the reason that brings the argument to the climax. Instead, you never want to do that because it will hurt your relationship, if you know that he or she is the person you really want to stay with.

You're burning inside, and it kills you every time your partner blames you for something you really don't know. Nevertheless, keep in mind that, you gain nothing from it. Don't make it to the climax. The only thing I see from the fight is that a couple can learn and start to understand what one wants, and try to solve it peacefully after a long tension. You do not have to act tough or pretend that you are because that way it's kind of annoying if your partner want your comfort when he or she needs one.

Why Is It Important?

Everybody gets mad all the time, but it is better if we try to find a solution and it's even best if two people come and talk to each other, tell each other the problem and finalize the result so that one knows what he or she wants. It is all about the agreement between the two. It is like two countries fighting each other, and the results are hurting each other economically or ending up killing more people. Similarly, if one keeps ignoring another, he or she is hurting the other side, and the situation will never get any better. A good suggestion is that one side must calm down after ten to twenty minutes of argument, get yourself a cup of cold water, and move closer to your partner. Basically, you want to comfort him or her if you know that what you've done is too much. You will never find yourself weak or ashamed by going to resolve first because you have the confidence and know exactly what your partner really want from you when he or she is crazily mad or in a moody situation. Therefore, you start to talk softly, and maybe ask him or her what he or she wants to do tomorrow or at the weekend. You feel sorry for him or her, so you need to grab and hug so that your partner knows that you still care about your relationship.

Bring her a glass of cold water. He or she is tired and thirsty after the fight. It's like pouring a cold water over the flame and you pay attention to her. Also grab yourself a glass of water so that you give yourself a time to build your confidence and start to say "sorry"or ask her softly the root to the fight.

Nice post! sometimes we need cool off before we allow our emotions to speak for us, which is a very dangerous thing.
