So you can't do anything for old Videos where the IPFS file has been taken down as it's not possible to rehost the same file under the same hash other than re-releasing it of-course?
Can you at least fix all other posts where the video is still up by retroactively making the own IPFS node at least one to host it before others have dropped it after uploading the video via d.tube?

In my opinion it would piss people of when re-publishing old videos every 4 weeks or so.

I agree but that's not what I suggested.
