Who is He :

 BeiBei  was a male panda cub who lives at  Smithsonian's National Zoo in Washington DC.He was named by first lady Michelle Obama.

 Father : Tian Tian

Sister:  Bao Bao

First public appearance : jan  16 2016 

 He  likes to play with several plastic toys, including one that lets him work to get biscuits out of it. And in the summer heat, he’s enjoyed playing in a small pool filled with water. 

Birthday Party  Plan :

 The 100-pound cake will be made from ice and frozen juice with bits of fruit and vegetables to eat.

how to see him:

 The panda house opens to visitors at 9 a.m. Please note: Cub viewing is not guaranteed. Animal behavior, weather, and other factors may affect viewing 

 Depending on the time and the weather, the giant pandas have a choice to be outside or inside the panda house. The pandas typically have outdoor access until 2 p.m. The panda house, an indoor viewing area, is open to visitors from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We recommend arriving early to avoid large crowds and long lines. Long lines require earlier cut-off times to ensure those waiting can enter the panda house before it closes. Please note that all of the Zoo's animals have the option to enjoy some time away from the crowds. If you can't find all of the pandas, they may be spending time in an enclosure behind-the-scenes.
