I agree people need to focus on the content before the money and I love that you included the alan watts video. He says to follow yor passion, forget the money and eventually it will come when you master your passion.
Often when you try to make money out of a passion, it just stops being a passion. If you want to stay passionate about something my recommendation is don't focus on the money.
Agreed! Even though managing money is a good skill set, it requires a very different mind-set from producing good content, and should never be done at the same time ;)
All joking aside, Watts really does inspire me. I love his ability to break down some of the fundamentals of eastern religion into easy concepts that western people like me can understand in our own cultural context.
I agree I love watts. Half of the stuff I dont undertstand when I hear him talk but the parts I do are really insightful.
