Ned's speaking Steem at Consensus next week!
ICYMI, our man @Ned's been out in full force lately promoting Steem and Steemit.
Last week he was in Korea speaking at Seoul National University and the GOPAX/Steemit meetup. After Korea he headed off to Japan where he was interviewed on bloody Bloomberg Business. Not too shabby eh?

Now no one knows when SMTs are actually hitting the market, but this global PR offensive suggests big things are on the way in 2018 and it's incredibly refreshing to see the Captain back on deck and pushing this thing forward ...

I think some of the critics with a lot of SP need to quiet down. It’s clear that @ned is working behind the scenes and on camera to bring steemit mainstream. It’s clear he is aware that there are many problems that need to be addressed but he is doing great work getting the word out there and not getting enough props for it
They’ve obviously got big things coming soon. All this PR in a huge chunk has really come out of nowhere.

Yep, I think we'll be seeing SMTs sooner rather than later. This PR blitz would make no sense otherwise.
