When you hike, it is important to drink plenty of Water. Water regulates your body temperature and lubricates your joints. Water also helps transport nutrients to give you energy for your workout and helps keep you healthy. If your body is not hydrated, your body can't perform at its highest level. Without water, tiredness and muscle cramps can set in. Other symptoms include dizziness or something much serious.
