Four Steemit Innovators to Follow
These are the people who understand the true far-reaching implications and meaning of Steemit, have a vision for what we're really doing here, and are moving and shaking and innovating and creating. These are the people who inspire me to do my work empowering the collective Steemit Field and every individual on it.
@taskmaster4450
Theirs are the posts I link to most in my own posts and that I share far and wide on the other (lesser 😉) social media sites to show what we're doing here, how awesome it is, and how important it is. This person is a visionary. @Taskmaster4450 understands what's happening with the advancement of human consciousness and how that's showing up in the blockchain which will bring about what they call The Age of Abundance.
Some of their great work:
STEEM Is the New Form of "Work"
Steemians Are on the Cutting Edge of Humanity
Their work is an inspiration to me and a reminder that what we're all doing here is so big. It reminds me of the importance of what I'm doing here to uplift this space and all the people in it.
Today I learned that he "adopts" Steemians who he helps grow and develop. That's what I want to do soon.
@kennyskitchen
Speaking of The Age of Abundance. @kennyskitchen has a project called @tribesteemup which is literally created to be a "Community Abundance Generator." I'm blessed to be supported by his project. (By the way, please don't contact him for support. He hand picks the people he wants to support.) @kennyskitchen has made 35 videos with tips to help Steemians be successful. The reason I made this post is because I got the idea from his newest one: Finding Content Creators to Follow & Support... and Sharing Them With the World
@whatamidoing
@whatamidoing needs to be a whale like.... yesterday. He is behind so many little Steemit minnows. He's dead set on getting me personally successful, and there are a whole bunch others like me. He's calculated about how he can most effectively spread around what power he does have.
He created the Be Awesome Discord Group and has created a really strong community of people who support each other and have become friends. He's been a touchstone to me personally from the beginning. He has a strong disdain for power and leadership and works diligently to bring power to all the people in a community. He's dead against the use of bid bots, corrupt use of power, and money in the hands of the few, and he works diligently against them. His newest project is the #nobidbot tag. By all logic, he should be a big whale by now, but he's all about the little people so he has a billion tiny organic upvotes.
His other projects include The Deadpost Initiative to breathe life back into expired underappreciated posts, andSteemit Zombies.
P.S. Don't ever talk to him about his personal brand. You might lose a leg.
@josephsavage
@josephsavage created @steembasicincome. This is the coolest project. It's the cutting edge of Steemit. Now, you can bitch about the politics on Steemit, and you can bitch about all the money in the hands of the few and circle jerking, or you can come up with a cool project that helps solve that problem. Not only that. This could solve the world's problems. Voluntary basic income? Come on now. Brilliant. Doin' shit. Not bitching about government not implementing a basic income. Not bitching about all the money in the hands of a few. Working. Creating. That is what it's all about. I'm here on Steemit to encourage you all to uplevel to this. How about a platform where every single person is a focused innovator taking action? That's what I'm working toward.
This project is a really huge deal for people in poor countries to whom a guaranteed .02 on every post is a decent amount of money.
In my opinion, these are the cream of the crop of the Steemians. I'm so excited to learn about more. Will you share in the comments the names of the Steemit visionaries and innovators you know?
This post is possible because of @tribesteemup. Here's how you can support my work and the work of other content creators like me by supporting that project. Thanks to my supporters @whatamidoing, @indigoocean, @movingman, @becomingwhtur, and @vincentnijman, ❤️
Steemit is a social media site on the blockchain. The blockchain is a revolutionary technology which decentralizes power and money. Steemit is the hottest new blogging site where we reward each other with cryptocurrency for contributing valuable content by upvoting it. Each upvote gives the content producer Steem, which is a currency on the blockchain that can be held as an investment or traded for US dollars! Accounts are free, and when you sign up you're given free Steem to begin upvoting content you like. You can also start earning Steem yourself!
How do you become part of this vibrant, leading edge community?
Go to https://steemit.com and click "sign up."
There is this saying when the student is ready, the master will appear, and this always seems to be the case. Thanks for this blog, its something I really need and am ready for. I been working on my steem post, trying to figure out this space, and then just the other was ready to reach and explore the community, and been doing some late night rabbit holing around steem, and bam!
this post, thanks again!
I’m honored to be mentioned with these three! @josephsavage is also responsible for the daily sneak which is a curation initiative which allows anyone to be a curator for a day. I’m waiting for him to become a witness cause I think he’d make a great one.
I love how @taskmaster4450 adopts so many minnows to help them grow based on their content and @kennyskitchen has written a few amazing posts that blew me away.
i have personal experience interacting with @whatamidoing. i enjoy the thought process and his commitment to steemit. i definitely agree with the article. it is well written and brings our focus back to doing what is required for steemit to be a great community. good luck!
Thanks for this post. I've already come across #steembasicincome# and #nobidbot and am impressed, so glad to discover their originators.
FYI, one of the links in the first para of Taskmaster4450's section needs to have the 4450 added to it. Cheers.
Thanks! I hate mistakes in what I write.
Me too! It feels super old-fashioned to want to have clean posts, but it is soooo much more enjoyable for me when I start reading posts (like this one) and I know I can relax and take in what's being said without needing to spend extra energy deciphering and translating :)
I guess old typesetters/proofreaders never die.
Yeah, I like a healthy balance. On one hand, I really like correct. But I also like my raw, wild nature to come through. So there are periods where there isn't a sentence, etc.
I've read your post.
I also want to like you.
always get voice in every post.
how to do?
I hope you can help.
thank you
@brightstar
This is really great company to be in! Thanks for the inclusion.
