So, thats how it works, right?

So, ive been doing some research, and so the more steem power you have, the more your upvote is worth, right? so if somebody that had like a ton of steem power that was worth like 30 dollars, and that person upvoted a post or comment ect and they would pay nothing, but the other person that was upvoted gets 30 dollars after the pay out? correct me if im wrong, Thanks! ^(speaking about upvotes go upvote me if you wish ty :)
