I'm not sure where you're at in Canada in relation to Gold Bear Bunny but I sent Dean a 3 ounce package the other day for just a little over 10 bucks. I was surprised it was that cheap honestly.
It depends on the Postage features, basic untracked, Tracking, Signed by recipient, insurance, Etc. Any PMs I order from the US is a crap shoot when it gets into the hands of the Underfunded hands of the CBSA when crossing the border. That's a whole other story as they do their Revenue generating schemes by product reclassification tricks.
