We are nearly to create a civilized community here - thanks steemit

It's a happiest thing while I'm writing this. It's a streaming of my feelings toward steemit members. I try to read everything especially those controversial issues which come from whales. I like big announcements on trending page. Each one brings me joy and hope. I didn't invest here a large amount of steem. However, I feel addicted to this great community because everyone so kind. People here much desired to give more.

- Since I joined I started to practice a methodology of subscribing to all people who comment on my posts.

Let's give you an example of this: a person (newbie) just joined to steemit (that means he still alone and seems stranger, because he didn't know how things going on here) suddenly he found an attractive post and that post was mine, he gave it a read and because he liked it very much (his interests), he left a comment. After I read his comment I found that 25 in reputation score which means he still lost. I upvoted his comment and replied like this "Hi dear @ newbie, thanks for your interesting point of view, your opinion is right/false and here is why ... followed you". So this person is now has something to get back for next time. He has new friends/followers on new community who comment on his posts. So, he is now involved.

- I have been working on avoiding anything that causes dispute among members.

Smile to a mirror, and you'll receive the reflection of smile. This is how things work, The World is Your Mirror. If you try to involve in others problems, you'll put yourself in  crucial position and that will cost you a future penalties. Try always try to turn all people to your side by putting leaving nice comments, reaction, resteeming their deserved posts etc. But this also must be adjusted by limits because you don't have to hypocrite people by telling them something they aren't. And finally, if you find a two people fighting try to reconcile the situation or just leave them alone they may do it naturally. Don't be the reason of bad effects, don't add oil to the fire, be honest, be civilized.

I recently gained a lot of friends, followers and I have just started. Do you know why? because I mind my own business.

Let's not focus on others wallets and spy on them. Let's create a special space like a family. Let's advise each other, and what  is good to me is good to you and the opposite is correct.
