A team is more powerful than an individual, so I agree with you. Let us grow together as one, and we will accomplish more than if we were to do it alone. I also agree with rewarding your followers. If they took the time to follow you, they deserve to be rewarded. Your followers are a part of you. They are your fans and supporters. They are interested in what you have to say because you are an artist who entertains and your followers are your fans who enjoys and consume your artistic productions. So, you and your fans (followers) are one big happy family.
