RE: WTF Is Going On With Steemit’s Performance Lately...?

in #steemit7 years ago (edited)

Rok,

I have been using busy.org for a bit and it seems pretty safe. Do remember that steemit.com is technically not an official website for Steem. It is just one of a few that you can use as an intermediary to talk to the Steem blockchain. Technically, you could make your own way to talk to the Steem network without using a middle man.

I recommend busy.org because it was started by @ekitcho and @fabien with @Ned being one of the advisers for the site. You can check out their team here.

It has a refreshing look to it and I have really enjoyed using it so far. There are somethings I miss but other things are nice, like the ability to chat with people directly from the website. Which is definitely a nice thing as a few times I have wanted to PM some people to ask them questions or continue a conversation not on their blog.

Their source code is also posted on github and you can go on their and help them by sending in your own commits. To me, one of the best tools you can use is one that is public like busy.org.

Try it out! I promise you won't be let down!

Edit 1: Too add some info, you have the ability to favorite certain people and to bookmark pages if you feel you want to go back and read it at a different time as well.
