I have been in touch with the physical fitness since 10 + years and continue to be in staying fit journey today, I have not achieved any high level of achievement in sports but I did played district and state level tournament and I am blessed to tell that I have never lost any match till date.
Basically that's what keeping in touch with health and staying fit has developed in me.
However, I felt like I am always vulnerable to virus because I often used to get Cold easily.

  4. 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗮: Green Tea have a very rejuvenating effect don't the body it can help relax mind and soul from the tedious workload that you are going to put through it. There are lot of Green Tea Brands that you can find with hundreds of flavours but personally I like. Green Tea with Rock Salt. Yes you heard it right it tastes better if you drink green tea with salt rather sugar. I recommend you start drinking your green tea with black salt its a game changer.
