@beststar was able to create adequate awareness to the youths who took the opportunity with great enthusiasm.

Although the feed back from them as not been encouraging as most of them are unable to sign up due to one difficulty or the other. Some saying they didn't receive confirmation email, others are still awaiting approval since 5 days ago. And few couldn't load the signup page at all.

I'll appreciate your assistance, and the assistant of Steemit Community on this.
