This is fantastic. I'd love to see Steemit go this route. Admittedly these plans must be rather long-term, but with vesting shares built into the platform the way they are, Steemit is all about longevity and long-term returns. The fact that this non-profit plan is even out there at all is amazing and really differentiates Steemit as a social media platform from Facebook and others.
