Before namaz we perform ablution, science has shown many benefits of ablution. All this we got from our religion as science progressed which made us realize the physical benefits of ablution. The place where water is applied during ablution is very useful for our body.


When we stand up for namaz, and fulfill the method of namaz. It also gives us exercise, and calms the heart. When we pray to our Lord after namaz. And we ask Allah for whatever we need. But we do not know what is best for us, what is best for us is what Allah gives us. It eases our worries and eases our hearts. This is our daily practice.
