I have tried several times to get into Steemit.chat and keep running into a wall every time. One of these days I will put in the effort to figure it out.
What is the wall you run into exactly?
Once or twice the site was unavailable if I recall correctly. Then I actually got to the site and wasn't sure what the password requirements were but I attempted to create an account. I think it said I would receive an email to confirm my email and I never saw it. Then I tried again later and forgot what I used for the password so I attempted to use the password recovery option and didn't receive the email again. It could mostly be user error, I am sure. In responding to you I found an email from August 2nd asking me to verify my email. So I will try again. Sorry to waste your time with my pathetic floundering around. : ) I will get it figured out.
