Thank You For The Warm Welcome
This is me gathering figs from a house for sale in my favorite town of Lowell, Oregon. I don't live here, but I wouldn't mind if I did. Anyway, this is very exciting. First post!! So glad to be here. It kinda reminds me of Twitter in the early days - you know, back in 2009? I can't remember the year, but I do remember my first tweets. What a strange feeling. This is exactly like that!! Maybe better. We'll see.

I've been successfully marketing my artwork online for about 5 years. Previously I sold my artwork at festivals and craft fairs along the west coast. California, Oregon & Washington mostly. Finally I broke from the pack and headed to the internet. Now look at me - on Steemit! So exciting!

Yes, these figs were tasty! This is a remote town out in the country and the air is different here. These figs were remarkably clean and fresh. Thanks for the connection. Your blog posts are very interesting.
Thank you. I'm not sure what I am posting about yet but I am posting away. Fresh air would be great. I live in Seoul and not enough here. What kind of art do you do?

Indonesia! Awesome, you are familiar with batik then. I've never been there myself, but I hear it's the origin of traditional batik, which is the way I do it. I have seen a few videos of batik factories there.

Thanks. These are raw figs. They grow pretty hardily here in the pacific northwest, and make a tasty but unusual fruit.
