French securities exchange controller, the Autorite des Marches Financiers (AMF), declared it is boycotting 21 new speculation sites, including different crypto-related destinations, September 26.

The AMF portrays the new augmentations as "unapproved sites" that offer "atypical speculations," and guides clients to its current boycott, which it notes is "not far reaching."

In March, the AMF had included 15 sites — including those identified with crypto and crypto-resources — to its boycott, reminding customers that "no promoting materials should make you ignore the way that significant yields dependably include high hazard."

Cointelegraph has this month gave an account of a comparable move from Belgian guard dog, the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA), which added 28 new locales to its crypto-particular misrepresentation boycott and emphasized its admonitions to customers about false performers in the space.

France's AMF has quite recently this month got new legitimate forces to allow licenses to organizations that run Initial Coin Offerings (ICO). The nation's Finance Minister, Bruno Le Maire, said he seeks that the legitimate system after ICOs in France will "pull in speculators from everywhere throughout the world."

Under the new principles, preceding any token issuances, an organization must apply to the AMF for a permit and furnish the office with point by point data relating to the offer and guarantor. The measures are intended to give extra certifications to ICOs, which the AMF had already thought to be overflowing with "dangers" for speculators.
