Bugs ... now I can't vote on anything

Every time I try to vote I get this:

Transaction failed: db().head_block_time() < db().calculate_discussion_payout_time( comment ) - STEEMIT_UPVOTE_LOCKOUT || db().head_block_time() < fc::time_point_sec( STEEMIT_HARDFORK_0_7_TIME ) - STED

And I get prompted to authenticate a transaction, but if I click submit nothing happens.

    @auxon,
    That happens a bit here. The problem as i understand it is that you are trying to upvote a post that has already run its course. Payments have already been distributed. (Payouts) look under new post and start there. Those will work.
