The greater our DISPOSITION is to accept what we deny of ourselves, to see what we do not want to see from ourselves and to accept what others show us of ourselves BEFORE we will reach our objective which is none other than the change of perception of how we see, we understand and live life.

One question: do you prefer to be RIGHT or to be HAPPY?

We always perceive things after seeing them reflected in the mirror of memory. It is that reflection in the mirror of memory, which gives us the sensation of I, of who I am.

The brain does not know the difference between what it sees in its environment and what it remembers, because the same neural networks are activated.

Physiology tells us that nerve cells that are activated simultaneously are connected. If you do something over and over again, those cells have a long relationship.

If every day you get angry, if every day you get frustrated, if you suffer every day, if you give your life reasons to be a victim, every day you are reconnecting and reintegrating the neural network.

And that neural network already has a lasting relationship with those other nerve cells called: IDENTITY.
We also know that nerve cells that are not activated simultaneously, do not connect, stop having a lasting relationship because every time we interrupt the thought process, that causes a chemical reaction in the body.

Every time we interrupt, those nerve cells that are connected begin to break that relationship. If we practice, mental rehearsal and our mental capacity to do so will cause some brain circuits to grow as a result of the effort, in other words, it will be easier to do so. If we accept that, the next day we can do it with more security and approval.

The process, in itself, does not differ from the prayer. No religious text affirms that thought does not matter. No religious text affirms that God should not attend to your prayer and your intention.

Quantum physics and the observer intend to explain how that happens.
