Final list of one country in the Champions League before Man City vs Chelsea

There is Manchester City vs Chelsea in this season's Champions League final. Previously, the finals of one country in the Champions League had happened several times.
This season's Champions League final will face two English teams, Man City vs Chelsea. The duel will take place in Istanbul, Turkey, on May 29.
Prior to this year, there had been seven occasions in the Champions League final to bring together two teams from the same country. Including twice fellow England teams. The following is the list as summarized by UEFA.com:
1. 1999/2000 Champions League Final, Real Madrid 3-0 Valencia
This is the first time that the Cup / Champions League final will feature a 'domestic match. At that time goals from Fernando Morientes, Steve McManaman and Raúl González sealed a three-goal win without reply from Real Madrid.
2. 2002/2003 Champions League final, AC Milan 0-0 Juventus (Milan won 3-2 on penalties)
Three of the four semifinal slots at that time were controlled by the Italian team, with the other team being Inter Milan - who were eliminated by AC Milan.
The final was tough, until finally it reached the penalty shootout round. Clarence Seedorf and Kakha Kaladze failed to execute for Milan, but David Trezeguet, Marcelo Zalayeta and Paolo Montero were also unable to do it for Juve. Milan was the champion.
3. 2007/2008 Champions League final, Manchester United 1-1 Chelsea (MU won 6-5 on penalties)
Cristiano Ronaldo gave MU the lead, but Chelsea equalized through Frank Lampard. The drama got even more intense after Didier Drogba was red carded in extra time.
On penalties, Petr Cech saved Ronaldo's kick. But John Terry's failure, which was followed by Edwin van der Sar's save from Nicolas Anelka's kick, in the end made MU the champion in this Champions League final.

4. 2012/2013 Champions League final, Bayern Munich 2-1 Borussia Dortmund
Mario Mandžukić put Bayern ahead first, but Ilkay Guendogan's penalty made it even again. Arjen Robben then became the hero of Bayern's victory.
5. 2013/2014 Champions League final, Real Madrid 4-1 Atletico Madrid (extra time)
Diego Godin gave Atletico the lead, but an injury-time goal from Sergio Ramos brought Real Madrid back to life. Getting momentum, El Real then scored goals from Gareth Bale, Marcelo and Cristiano Ronaldo in extra time.
Real Madrid won and reached La Decima - the 10th Cup / Champions League title.

6. 2015/2016 Champions League final, Real Madrid 1-1 Atlético Madrid (Real Madrid won 5-3 on penalties)
Sergio Ramos gave Real Madrid a good start in the 15th minute. Atletico were only able to respond in the 79th minute through substitute Yannick Carrasco.
Action until penalties. Juanfran's strike hit the post, making Cristiano Ronaldo then ensure Real Madrid's victory.
7. 2018/2019 Champions League final, Tottenham Hotspur 0-2 Liverpool
Mohamed Salah gave Liverpool a quick lead through the spot, after Moussa Sissoko's handball. Liverpool then solidified the victory through substitute Divock Origi's goal in the 87th minute.
