Florida School shooting.....

Once again innocent have been target and lives have been put to an end.

While it is necessary to have new laws in place for gun control, increased security etc.

I feel it is high time we teach our kids it is okay to FAIL. We have to teach our kids to respect a "NO" as an answer. EGO has to be destroyed, SELF-RESPECT is what needs to be instilled into the values. Kids learn by observing, we need to give them that environment. Practice and Preaching need to go hand in hand....

The recent school killings have surely highlight the psychology of these killers and most of them have a disturbed upbringing. While there maybe many therapy sessions etc. awareness maybe a concern. These sessions should be conducted in schools at large and not just for the needy....
