Hello friends! In this post I want to mention to you things to avoid doing on the steemit platform.

Recently, I have reviewed the profiles of new people and 8 out of 10 of this persons are making the same mistake. But I’ll help you out so that you do not make this mistake and start your journey to become a good Steemian. If you read some of my other articles, they are mostly focused on blogging tips.

So, some things you should avoid are actually quite basic and common sense. Not only do the housewives do it, but I've seen others who have been on Steemit for a while! So let's dive in!

Do Not start following blindly 

This is the biggest mistake new people make. They follow up to follow who is not helping anyone. When you follow people without looking at their content, what they represent and what they like. Then you follow them blindly. When you do this, your feed will be filled with content you may not like and the content you like will not be noticed immediately. So, please, for your sake, do not follow to follow and get to know people!

Do Not Follow Because You Want To Be Followed

It means that you follow people in mass. A lot of people actually. I have seen people following thousands of people and they are hoping to get followers back. This will affect your vision against Steemit because your feed will be cluttered every second and you will probably only see what you do not like. And when you post something awesome and you have gained a lot of followers, they will not vote for your post. Just because they do not know you and your content does not interest them.

The best fans are acquired thanks to an excellent content. Keep writing good things and followers will come. Even if it's slowly, they will vote your messages!

Don’t Make Lame Comments

Don’t just make lame comments because you want to comment on peoples post. If you want to comment, make comments related to the post and be positive.

Avoid following right after the return

Just do not post to win

Comments it's great to post it

Do not expect to get huge sums on each item, what's good for you?

Avoid negative thoughts and feelings, try something healthy to share

Avoid demotivation after writing a few articles, it's a long journey to do

Spam is still needed to avoid a long-term goal

Avoid inappropriate content for society

Plagiarism to avoid, just copy and paste
