🎮 Emberward - Second Boss! Harder! Stronger! Faster! 🎮

We are starting the today's gaming post with the second Boss from Emberward. The second level was much tougher in many ways than the first one. The maze is harder to plan because the maps have tiles where you can't build, and some tiles when you build on them the block becomes lava and you can't build on them, the monsters have more diversity, they come with debuffs, more health and some of them even more speed.
I will leave you the gameplay below, it took me over an hour to get to the Boss and beat it.
I tried to start the level like 5-6 time in order to get decent towers, but I gave up after a while, 2 out of 3 were decent so I continued with them.
In the current starting setup, the first tower is a basic one, pretty useless, I replaced it later on, second one the flamethrower that I previously used, a great tower and last one is a poison one, I thought I might need it in the fight with the Boss and it was pretty helpful indeed.
I also have the previous relic with the price change between 50% and 150%. Liked it, I abused it when a tower was dirt cheap.
As the game progressed I kept getting new towers, new relics, even bought some from the shop.
The relics I collected by the Boss level. I don't have a description for them at the moment, you can see some of the descriptions during the gameplay.
Also the final deck of towers, changed a few of them for highest damage build in my opinion.
- 3 towers on 1x1 tile size
- 1 tower on 1x3 tile size
- 2 towers on 2x2 tile size
- 2 towers on 3xe tile size
The Boss level takes place on train, you start with a canon that deals damage to the Boss and throws him back to the next wagon. This happens every 2 levels and during the last level he starts his journey to your flame.
The madness of one of the waves, many units with a great amount of health are being spawned. The one thing I really liked about this level is that it allowed me to spread the towers on a long path so the debuffs from the enemies won't affect that many towers at a time. The stun for towers is the annoying thing.
Here is the last wave with the Boss and the whole gang moving towards the flame.
And here he dies, pretty far from the flame. Victory!
Final stats:
I will continue to play the game, might even try the casual mode and the hardcore one and see how far can I get.
Thank you for stopping by my post, if you want to see more content from me please drop a follow. Until next time I am wishing you a great day!
I will also leave this note here as well again!
P.S: If you are going to play this game and upload the gameplay to Youtube there is a thing that you need to know. The creators of the in-game music will Copyright the music in your gameplay video.
This isn't really that big of a deal because it's just a Copyright claim and not a strike but I am not sure if this can change in the future. I think the claim is used just to grab your revenue out of the video and nothing else. So this is just a HEADS UP!
Note: All the images and GIFs are generated from my gameplay.
