Inside Steemit groups pumping themselves

I see posts that have very little interesting content and yet get hundreds of dollars of votes in a matter of hours. I think groups of steemit users just pump each other giving themselves false value. This is a serious matter. It will devalue steem tokens and steem dollars when people realize this is happening.
It is even worse that traditional inside group economic activity because value is created simply by clicking. It is similar to what happens in hollywood and in the business world but amplified because it is so much easier to do here and costs nothing.
