We want to let you know that in order for ACOM DVD Phase 2 to be a success for all of us the new token that is in the process of being created will not be transferable. You will of course be able to buy and sell the token, and in fact we expect a more organic market to emerge around the new token, where natural market forces come into play.
However, as investors need to build stacks in order to reach various thresholds which trigger ACUV tokens and permanent weekly votes from us we can't obviously have people abusing the system. So for example imagine an investor holds 250 new tokens which entitles them to a pack of 10 ACUV, we give them their 10 ACUV tokens for them only to give 100 of their stacking tokens to their friend to top up his stack to 250 new tokens, which in theory would mean we have to give their friend another pack of 10 ACUV.
As you can see that would not be allowed and would be abusing the system we are trying to create that is fair for both investor and us. So you can see why we have to impose the condition that in order to benefit from the rewards built into ACOM DVD Phase 2 you have to hold on to your tokens and not move them around.
As we have said it is perfectly acceptable for you to buy and sell the new token but if we see movements from wallet to wallet in an attempt to abuse the system the token holders will not receive their rewards, including ACUV, organic votes and their Steem dividend payments.

@acom This is a very good idea this will bring only unique users to the platform and help in the growth of the project.
Apart from that people will need to buy organicly to receive the reward and help in the growth of the project.
I think it is a good idea to protect the system to get abused. Buy and sell is ok but abusing to stack up votes is not good as real investors are then left to no justice.
I agree with you, it's a necessary measure to prevent people from taking advantage of the tokens.
So just to be clear, if I have 200 and buy 50 to someone else that is not ACOM, that is ok rigth, and you would send me the 10 ACUV, or we just have to buy the tokens from you?
And another scenario, what happens if someone buys the 250 tokens and receives the 10 ACUV, and then sells 10, and buys 10 again. Will this person receive 10 ACUV again or we will recieve the pack just one time per threshold?
Hey @sebassv, so if you buy 200 new tokens from us and then you buy 50 from someone else that gives you a stack of 250 which triggers your pack of 10 ACUV. It makes no difference who you buy them from. Don't forget once you have hit your thresholds we record them. So if you then sell 50 and your stack goes down to 200 tokens and then you buy 50 again and you return to 250 tokens, you do not get another pack of 10 ACUV.
