I Just Powered up my nearly 1500 Steem Purchase and now am the proud owner of exactly 5,000 Steempower. I Got in around $1.60 and I am not looking back. I know Steem will be back to $8 this year, and will eventually be $1000 and then $1000+
I finally have 5000 Steempower after powering up around 1500 Steem I just bought today! I just thought I should show some proof that I had just powered up on my Steepshot to show @steepshot users the fun of powering up and how you can make money off your power up by blogging about it and encouraging others to buy steem and power up! I had to sell 1000 Ripple, 1400 Steller, 1000 Cardano, 0.35 BTC and about 250 EOS tokens, I still have many EOS and will replace those soon with Steem post rewards, and I will buy back my 1000 Ripple and 1000 Cardano (ADA) and at least 1000 Steller with post rewards made from this post and others like it. I believe it is a great strategy to buy steem, power it up, make a post about it and use the post rewards to by back the Bitcoin used to buy the steempower! These future posts will be detailing my Steem power ups, steem purchases and details of how I convince neighbors and local people already into Bitcoin to spend some on Steem and power it up, like @tytran @lionspaw and many more to come, plus many others I persuaded to buy Steempower which I have not mentioned who wish to remain anonymous. This strategy will only help us promote Steem and the use of Steempower like a Mining Rig, where the more you have the faster you can make money! Thank you to my almost 7000 followers, I will have to give out even bigger upvotes to high quality comments in my comments sections. I Always upvote almost every comment I get at least a few cents, so I hope people know I do care about my followers and commentators and try to reward them accordingly!

Awesome man power up. I did the same thing with some of my other holdings recently. It's a great way to use steemit to build other holdings with rewards.

I know people want to be optimistic about the market, but everyone needs to realize that all the alt coins will follow BTC, and there is a very real possibility that we can see BTC fall to about $4900, where there is a massive support layer.
I hope it wont happen, but it definitely could. All other currencies will follow BTC down, and then hopefully we will see a recovery, but people calling for BTC at 50K and Steem at $8 - please slow your roll. Everything wont just moon and it is not healthy for the market either.

NO Big deal on what you sold you can buy that all back with what you make on post rewards over the next month or so. By showing others how valuable STEEM and Powering UP really is you will get others that follow what you do to become even bigger themselves.....................

There are some really good deals it seems on crypto right now. I was really expecting $10 Steem about now, but the entire market is in bear mode at the moment. It's good to buy when it's cheap though. Hopefully for those that are holding it doesn't go much lower. I may trade some of my other coins for Steem if the ratios feel right.
