That's pretty funny! It's like a real government up in SteemitChat, isn't it? I haven't explored chat too much, but now I'm intrigued to dig deeper into it and see what exactly is going on in there. :)
From the looks of your video I thought you were going to make Steemit look like a Ponzi scheme at first. But good video! Yes it is pretty much just a tax on posts the promotion option.
