It even helps mentioning it's vegan/vegetarian, because those are like key words, for when our subconscious minds scan the text for familiar words :)

And that is a great way to upgrade ketchup :) I'm also not specifically a fan of it hahah :D I love Liutenitsa, though! It's the Bulgarian version of ketchup, and it's awesome!

    I googled Liutenitsa and it reminds me of Ajvar. And if its taste is similar to it, I love it too, haha. :D
