Yummm!! I made ketchup once from tomato juice and it took FOREVER and made a giant mess in my kitchen (looked like blood spatter!!) Yours looks great, and i LOVE that you added some heat! Yours looks so smooth and all of those seasonings probably make it amazing compared to that sugary too sweet store bought ketchup!
