I used to have the same problem. Stop drinking while eating and also stop laying down right after eating. (need at least a hour before going to bed) Also there are some foods and drinks that can help or get it worse. Basically sugar makes me worse and lemon helps. Every morning I drink a glass of water with lemon before eating anything. That helps a lot. If you have alkaline water that helps too since it reduces the acid from your body overall.
